Perspectives Painting Contractors was
originally founded in 2004 by Marcus Bullock under the name
Perspectives. At that time, Marcus started with one painter
on his team, while assisting customers with request to paint
there homes and perform residential carpentry services for
them. Initially the business was operated on a part-time
basis, but as Perspectives reputation grew stronger for its
founding belief of providing each customer with an
unparalleled level of customer service, the company grew
right along with the reputation.Since then, Marcus
decided to operate the company on a full-time bases, and the
birth of Perspectives Painting Contractors, LLC came in
November 2005. Marcus has employed several professionally
trained painters, carpenters, and handymen that have all
come to create a great team with a family structure that
promises to continue the dream of providing EVERY customer
with the best service, at the right time, for the right
price.
Perspectives is licensed and fully insured, with
General Liability up to $5,000,000.00. We are also a
certified
Minority Business Enterprise with
the Maryland Department of Transportation. We are more than
happy to provide all of our commercial clients and property
managers with any additional W-9 forms and Certificates of
Insurance

& Wallcoverings and Sherwin-Williams Paints, and with those two
large companies backing our product recommendations we PROMISE

Perspectives is very proud to stand behind
its 5-year Guarantee on materials and 2-year Guarantee on the labor of
its painting jobs. What does this mean for you?
This guarantee means that you pay NOTHING for any materials or labor
needed to repair your paint job that Perspectives provides for you for
your first two years after completion of the paid contract. In years 3,
4, and 5, you will only pay the cost of labor. Our workmanship
will remain in tact due to that same work from our quality trained
tradesmen and unrivaled professionalism that you experienced from us at
the beginning of the paint job.
If there are labor or material failures Perspectives will repair any
peeling, blistering, or chipping paint resulting from defective
workmanship or material as described in this guarantee. Paint defects
caused by severe weather, normal wear and tear, painted surfaces in poor
condition (rough, loose, damaged, rotted wood, etc.), water damage,
severe peeling prior to work, or any previously painted surface that
fails are not covered by this guarantee.
